Lauren comes from an IT management role in a large charity organization.

Starting as a Technical Consultant, Lauren oversaw operations and developed its process and project management approaches.

During this time, Lauren graduated with a first-class honours degree in Chartered Management. This achievement brought valuable additional insights on business strategy and management.
